臺灣盾蝸牛(Aegista mackensii)

臺灣盾蝸牛的殼上長滿了許多殼毛， 長相奇特。殼毛有蓄積水份、防禦、增加偽裝等幾種功用， 但說法還未有定論。以透光的拍攝方式， 彰顯盾蝸牛殼毛有趣的一面。

The shell of the snail Aegista mackensii is covered in hairs, making it appear very strange. These hairs store moisture from the air. They may also be used for defense and camouflage. However, this is still inconclusive. Using light transmission method, these hairs are revealed, creating an interesting image.
