(Transparent Skeleton Specimens)

明骨骼染色標本,是解剖學教學和科研工作中常用的標本形式之一。它可以在保持外形完整的情況下,顯示其內部的骨骼結構。透明標本是利用藥品或物理的方法將骨骼處理後,使其折射係數與透明劑的折射係數相接近,使全身的肉變透明,從而顯現出經過染色的骨骼的形態。透明骨骼染色的方法,主要用於難以解剖的較小材料和胚胎。

Transparent skeleton specimens are commonly used in the teaching of anatomy and scientific research. The internal skeletal structure is displayed when the external structure is preserved. Transparent specimens are created by treating skeletons with reagents or physical methods. When the refractive index of the specimen is close to that of the clearing agent, the flesh becomes transparent. In this way, the dyed skeleton morphology is shown, revealing areas that are small and difficult to dissect or embryo anatomy.
