Chemistry is a picturesque academic discipline. Picture 1, dripping pouring droplet of silver nitrate solution into the sodium chloride solution creates the precipitation of white covered silver chloride. Picture 2, the cobaltic chloride fosters under the osmotic pressure of the silicic acid solution. Picture 3, when soaked in the solution of sodium hydroxide, the purple petals of the torenia (Torenia fournier lind) turn yellow. Do these pictures change your impressions towards chemistry?
