印度大田鱉的5齡稚蟲。剛蛻完皮的田鱉稚蟲呈現螢光綠色，非常漂亮，就連呼吸系統氣管系及足上幫助游泳的毛列都清晰可見，旁邊則是剛蛻下來的4齡稚蟲外表皮，而形成這幅真真假假的有趣畫面。

When it first sheds its skin, a Lethocerus indicus larval in its fifth stage of development is an extremely attractive transparent bright luminous green. Its windpipes in the respiratory system and leg fur for swimming purpose are visible to the naked eye. Right next to it is the exoskeleton freshly shed by the larval in the fourth developmental stage, creating this rather surreal image.
