.楊維晟-黴型。菌落 ( Mold)

空氣中充滿各種黴菌孢子，食物只要稍有保存不慎，黴菌孢子將不客氣地著生，菌落快速擴展地盤。未加任何化學添加物的洛神蜜餞置於冰箱數日，竟長出白色黴菌，圓盤狀的菌絲像是獨立的城堡，一個接一個出現，棉絮般的微小孢子也冒了出來，在洛神蜜餞火紅色的汁液上各自建立聚落。眼看一鍋蜜餞被黴菌占據而毀壞，卻出神望著鍋內火紅色畫布上，白色菌絲與孢子用生命創作，如煙花般的藝術。

Theair is full of mold spores. Whenever food is not kept properly, the mold spores will aggressively invade and multiply. A pot of preserved hibiscus with no artificial preservative placed in the fridge for several days was found with white mold growing on it. The castle like round plate shaped hyphae sprang up one by one, even the cotton fiber like spores joined in. Each forms its cluster on the bright red juice of the preserved hibiscus. A pot of preserved hibiscus is destroyed by the mold yet it is still mesmerizing to watch the firework like creation on the red canvas in the pot.
